I'm mostly resolved in my goals so far. A couple bumps in the road here and there, but learning how to cope with what is and isn't in my control. That's the biggest lesson I continue to takeaway.

I’m genuinely interested in what you all have to share about your own experiences over the past several months. What’s been the biggest change that’s had a positive impact on your journey? What’s been the most frustrating roadblock, and how have you dealt with it (or haven’t you yet)?

For me, the biggest positive change has been the career fellowship and coaching I did in March and April, it’s had a really positive impact on my confidence and sense of what I want.

The biggest roadblock for me has, frustratingly, been getting myself into a healthy sleep rhythm. I wake up most days absolutely exhausted, and it’s made my good morning routines (a walk, yoga, morning pages) really difficult to keep up with.

My biggest positive change is going back to school and working on a career change. I have no idea what will end up happening with it, but I'm excited to be learning new things and growing.

The biggest road block for me has been getting healthy overall. I am making adjustments to eating better, but I'm still getting sucked in by sweets. I keep being on and off with running instead of being consistent.
